Our boardroom style group room comfortably seats up to 10 people and features a large plasma screen, DVD player, stereo, and broadband access. The room has a warm, relaxing atmosphere that puts respondents at ease; discreet camera and microphone equipment; and sound studio style insulation for superior clarity and control. Our adjacent viewing room features a large one-way mirror and high quality audio equipment. This theatre style room seats up to six in comfortable lounge seating. Recording is available on DVD, audiotapes, and videotapes.

The audio-visual room provides clients with the opportunity to view respondents while enjoying a meal via closed circuit television. It also doubles as a secure and private in-depth room.

Price Guide

Brisbane’s Focus Point - Schedule of Rates 2007 Group Room Hire Standard: $260 (groups up to 2 hours) Extended: $350 (groups up to 3 hours) Rate includes room hire, host, audio/visual recording and equipment, and light refreshments for respondents, clients and moderator (see below). Additional catering and orders from nearby restaurants can be organised and a range of beer and wine is kept on site. Interview Room Standard: $150 (interviews up to 2 hours) Extended: $200 (interviews up to 3 hours) Rate includes host, water, tea and coffee only. Complimentary snacks for respondents and clients include: Beverages – water, juice, soft drinks, tea, & coffee Food Morning – biscuits/muffins Lunch – gourmet wraps Afternoon – cheese platter Dinner – gourmet wraps Night – cheese platter Includes up to 4 clients, extras charged at $7.50 per head A cancellation fee will apply unless 3 days notice is given. All prices subject to GST.
