Senior Hires for FreshMinds

UK-based consultancy FreshMinds has appointed former Interbrand exec Andy Maher as Chief Operating Officer; Su Gill as Finance Manager; and Natasha Wallace and Catherine Caporn to senior roles in its insight and strategy teams.

Maher has spent the last three years at Omnicom agency Interbrand Asia, most recently as COO, managing eight offices and more than 400 staff. For the previous six years, he worked in other parts of Omnicom, in various roles including Finance and Operations Director for creative agency, RAPP.

Gill joins from TNS where she spent ten years, also in a Finance Manager role. Both the other new arrivals are experienced digital strategists: Wallace joins next month as a Senior Consultant and was previously an Associate Director at Tuned In, while Caporn joins as a Director, having spent four years at Millward Brown as Senior Client Director.

FreshMinds, which fuses research, data analytics and digital strategy development, says it has enjoyed strong growth since merging with sister company FreshNetworks last October.
