MRops Hires Healthcare Specialists in UK, US and China

US data collection agency MRops has appointed three former WorldOne execs to roles in its offices in London, Hong Kong and Philadelphia.

MRops provides integrated market research data collection and reporting services for B2B, healthcare and international ad hoc and tracking programs from its offices in the US, India, Hong Kong and the UK.

In London, Matthew Brown joins as Executive Director with more than fifteen years' call centre and operations management experience. He has worked at WorldOne for almost nine years, most recently as VP, Resource Management, with global responsibility for managing multiple teams in the US, Mexico, the UK, Lithuania, Hong Kong and China. In this role, he also established the firm's online community recruitment strategy and resource platform, now boasting more than a million healthcare professionals worldwide. Earlier in his career, Brown was Fieldwork Manager - Healthcare at GfK NOP, and held senior roles in ORC International's call centre.

In his new position, Brown will manage a team of healthcare specialists, while further building MRops' UK business. He will also be instrumental in the roll-out and implementation of the company's global healthcare strategy.

In Hong Kong, Mami Anzai joins as Senior Project Manager, after more than five years at WorldOne. Her most recent role was Panel Development Manager, involved in the development of medical professional panels in Japan, and partner development and management across Asia.

In the US, Tim McCarthy joins as Vice President Project Management with a decade of experience in market research. At WorldOne for the past four years, he most recently served as an Account Director - and prior to this he held senior project management roles at All Global.
