BPA Added to JICWEBS' Digital Audit Roster

Global media auditor BPA Worldwide has been approved as a verification provider to the Digital Trade Standards Group (DTSG), developed by UK-based JICWEBS to ensure independent comparability of web measurement.

Glenn HansenJICWEBS (the Joint Industry Committee for Web Standards) created the DTSG to facilitate the 'safe' buying and selling of digital ads. DTSG guidelines state that all members must use a third-party verification provider approved by JICWEBS to verify adherence to principles of good practice.

BPA, which is also recognized as an approved certifying body for industry organizations EDAA, IAB, UFI, AEO, JICREG and GMIC, is a US-based not-for-profit which offers media audits and verified audience data to consumer and B2B media owners and media buyers in 25 countries. This includes web site audits, logging traffic and user demographics, along with audits of attendance and demographics at exhibitions.
