Screenvision Hires Nielsen Veteran David Woolfson

In New York, cinema advertising specialist Screenvision has hired Nielsen veteran David Woolfson as Senior Vice President, Head of Research & Strategy.

David WoolfsonThe company offers on-screen advertising, in-lobby promotions and integrated marketing programs to national, regional and local advertisers. Its cinema advertising network is comprised of more than 14,300 screens in 2,300+ theater locations across all 50 states.

Woolfson (pictured) joins after running his own media and market research consultancy for the past nine years. Prior to this, he served as SVP - Research & Insights at the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau (CAB), and he held senior research roles at Univision Communications and Turner Broadcasting. He began his career at Nielsen, and spent more than 23 years with the company in a variety of roles, including management of the Atlanta office, and leadership of the company's local metered market expansion initiatives in the US and around the world.
