Bridg Launches Restaurant Customer Tracker

Marketing software firm Bridg has launched a service called Reveal, to enable restaurant operators to identify and segment customers, and to track behavior such as visit frequency patterns and spend per visit.

Amit JainFounded in 2012, Bridg offers a scalable market platform with predictive intelligence and personalized marketing solutions. Using the platform, restaurant marketers can understand each customer's relationship with the brand, identify their largest revenue opportunities, automatically deliver communications, track sales lift and grow store sales.

The new Reveal service uses point-of-sale data and customer tracking algorithms to provide an understanding of individual customer purchasing behavior, to help marketers create real-time marketing campaigns for restaurant chains.
