comRes Hires Director to Focus on Employee Research

London-based comRes has appointed Olly Wright as Research Director, to drive its corporate client portfolio with a specific focus on employee research.

Wright (pictured) joins from management consultancy Korn Ferry Hay Group, where he worked as a Management Consultant, specialising in employee research for large global corporations. Prior to this, he focused on reputation and communications research at Ipsos MORI, and was a Research Officer for the Office for National Statistics.

In his new role, Wright is tasked with overseeing several client sectors including financial services, business infrastructure and health. Founder and Chairman Andrew Hawkins says of the appointment: 'Olly provides us with a significant boost to our breadth of experience and will be a key member of the senior management team. Of particular importance will be Olly's expertise in employee research which is a strategic priority area for ComRes, and his wider sector experience will be valuable as our next stage of growth unfolds'.
