NSW CNG ZMET: A qual technique to unravel the mindset of the market

24/7/12
Understanding the motivations and behaviours of consumers with respect to driving purchase behaviour has long been the goal of marketers and researchers alike.
Yet whilst there have been substantial advances in technology in the form of Eye Tracking and EEG in measuring consumer reactions to stimulus, these are complex and costly to implement in everyday research. Meanwhile ZMET, a technique founded in neuroscience developed by Gerry Zaltman of Harvard Business School remains a fairly low technology technique with a powerful ability to understand consumer thinking about a brand. Georgina Woodley and BDRC Jones Donald would like to share the technique with you.
