Hall & Partners Opens NY Shopper Insights Practice

In New York, global brand and communications research agency Hall & Partners has launched a Shopper Insights and Shopper Engager division, headed by industry specialist Vanessa Hartnoll.

Vanessa HartnollThe new division will help clients evaluate shopper marketing across the entire customer journey, while developing profit-driven shopper strategies.

Hartnoll joins from Omnicom-owned channel, sales and retail consultancy Impetus, where she was President and CEO. Based in New York, she assumes global responsibility for building the new practice.

In addition, she will be utilizing the firm's Shopper Engager tool - an extension of the Engager model, which Hall & Partners launched earlier in the year to measure how people think and feel about brands, and how they engage with them.
