Povolny Promotion Kicks Off TLE Key Client Scheme

Australian-based agency The Leading Edge has moved Andrew Povolny, formerly MD of its Sydney-based Digital Edge division, to New York in the role of Managing Partner. He will also serve as the firm's first 'Global Client Partner' for a key client, in this case KFC-owner Yum! Restaurants.

Povolny has been with the firm just short of fifteen years, and has worked extensively with Yum! - which also owns Pizza Hut and Taco Bell - for many years. He will now oversee the account at a global level, helping it to grow its brand locally and overseas and, in his words, help it to 'fully utilise TLE's uniquely evolved offer'. Other Global Client Partners are expected to follow shortly.

Povolny will also be actively involved in client development and servicing the firm's other North American clients.

TLE CEO Andy Bateman comments: 'Many of our clients are growing across the globe like Yum! and The Leading Edge plans to be with them every step of the way through our Global Client Partners.'
