US-based Harris Interactive Service Bureau (HISB) has launched a sample-only offering called ‘Get Sample!’, to provide researchers with access to respondents from the parent firm’s panels and real-time respondents from preferred partners.
HISB, which is a separate operating division of Harris Interactive, specializes in providing online consumer sample and expertise in mixed-mode data collection, along with online programming, survey design and management, sampling and analysis.
The new sample-only solution delivers respondents using non-biasing methods which HISB says yield fast and competitive research results.

Rocco recently joined the firm from panel and survey technology provider Toluna where he served as Senior Director, Client Development. Prior to Toluna’s acquisition
of Greenfield Online, Rocco worked for the firm as Manager of Business Development.
