Knoeck Returns to Harris Healthcare Practice

Matt Knoeck has re-joined Harris Interactive as Senior Vice President, Healthcare, responsible for increasing the company's presence in the sector and with a particular focus on stakeholder research.

Matt KnoeckKnoeck (pictured), who joins with nearly two decades of experience, previously served as SVP, Customer Experience Management at TNS for a year, prior to which he spent more than two years at Harris Interactive, latterly as EVP, Healthcare. Prior to this spell at Harris, he spent nearly ten years at TNS, where he held marketing and business development roles, and also served as SVP, Expertise Lead for Customer Experience Management. Earlier in his career, Knoeck held positions at MarketResponse International and GfK Custom Research.

In addition, Sharon Albert has joined the Healthcare division as Vice President of Marketing, with 25 years' experience in marketing communications and research roles for public, corporate, and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Most recently, she was SVP of Marketing Communications at TJ Sacks and Associates, and SVP, Global Marketing and Communications at Lightspeed Research.

In her new role, Albert will be responsible for driving marketing strategy for the company's healthcare offerings, including Strategic Health Perspectives (SHP), an annual intelligence service that helps clients identify and understand current issues and emerging trends within the healthcare marketplace.
