CyberAlert Launches US-wide Radio Monitoring

Media monitoring and measurement company CyberAlert has announced a comprehensive radio monitoring service for public relations and marketing clients.

William ComcowichCyberAlert Radio monitors more than 250 news and talk radio stations in the Top 50 US markets, and like the firm's other media monitoring services offers users customized key word searches with clips delivered overnight by email and also stored in an online digital clip archive with dashboard access.

The company was founded in 1999 and offers worldwide news monitoring, broadcast monitoring, social media monitoring and media measurement, covering more than 55,000 online news sources each day in more than 250 languages, in 191 countries.

The Radio service, which can be ordered as a stand-alone service or integrated in a package with online, TV news and social media monitoring, uses advanced speech-to-text technology and covers all local and national news along with local and syndicated talk shows.

CEO William Comcowich (pictured) says radio is 'the missing component in many media monitoring services, yet is a channel that heavily impacts public opinion'. He adds: 'Our clients now have the benefit of a fully-integrated and low-cost monitoring and measurement service so they won't miss a mention, no matter where it occurs.'
