Vision Critical Launches Mobile Forum Product

Research community and survey technology specialist Vision Critical has launched a new product, Mobile Discussion Forums, offering integrated mobile qual and quant research options in one tool.

The firm says the tool will help to reach the younger demographic, and complements its existing mobile survey capabilities to offer a complete and integrated customer community solution with seamless transition between surveys and discussion forums.

The tool, which supports 'all the most popular smartphones', allows forum members to create new posts, comment, reply and vote on their favorites; plots conversations in easy-to-follow threads; allows moderators to interact with and manage participants from their mobile, and to create forums which work across both desktop and mobile platforms in one go.
