Mayer Joins The Marketing Workshop

In the US, research and consulting firm The Marketing Workshop (MW) has appointed client side FMCG research veteran Kelly Mayer as Senior Account Manager, to lead a team of researchers.

Kelly MayerFounded in 1972, Norcross, GA-based MW offers a range of services such as advertising and branding research; customer experience and perception studies; product innovation; and web, mobile and social media research. In addition, its data collection arm Compass Marketing Research conducts phone studies, qual research, and houses the firm's commercial kitchen facility for quant taste tests and other sensory research needs.

Mayer (pictured) joins after a brief spell at Newell Rubbermaid, where she served as Senior Manager, Consumer Insights. Prior to this she spent more than five years at ConAgra Foods in consumer insights and strategy roles, and worked for The Schwan Food Company as Senior Marketing Strategy and Insights Manager. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and research roles at Edwards Fine Foods, Ralston Purina and Marriot Corporation.
