MobPartner Debuts Retail Tracking Platform

April 10 2014

Paris-based mobile ad platform MobPartner has launched a new service to enable retailers to measure how mobile communications influence in-store sales and traffic.

Vianney SettiniThe firm offers a proprietary tech platform, tracking tools and a dedicated team of mobile marketing experts to provide an understanding of customers' purchasing behaviour in-store. The new 'MobRetail Tracking Platform' uses beacon technologies to communicate with consumers and measure their mobile app downloads and subsequent in-store purchases. MobRetail then analyses the data to provide retailers with an analysis of real-time ROI impact.

Key metrics such as 'mobile store visit and purchase', 'in-store visit and purchase' and 'total amount purchased' are available to help retailers determine the long term value of their mobile users for optimizing ad campaigns and finding engagement opportunities.

Co-founder Vianney Settini (pictured) comments: 'With MobRetail, retailers now have unparalleled, granular levels of insight into the customer journey from mobile to a physical store. This allows retailers to deliver highly targeted and creative loyalty campaigns, which will not just attract traffic in-store but also optimize existing mobile ad spend for user acquisition campaigns.'
