New Confirmit App Offers 'Seamless Mobile Experience'

Survey and reporting software firm Confirmit has launched the Confirmit Panel App, which it says will allow clients to offer a 'seamless mobile experience' to participants in their research and customer panels.

Confirmit says the app, available via the Apple App Store and Google Play, will give a high quality mobile panel experience to all research participants, and improve engagement by allowing participation at a time and place convenient to them.

The App covers panel registration, profile management, tracking of reward points, and the ability to pause and resume surveys during completion, all in a fully customised and branded package giving a consistent look to surveys regardless of how they are accessed. The latter includes branding of the App icon, names and labels within the App, customised log-in screens and customised survey lists. The App is fully integrated with Confirmit Professional and Standard Panels, allowing organisations to use their existing panel designer software.

Paul Quinn, Director of Product Management at Confirmit, says researchers face 'a continuing struggle to attract and retain panellists, particularly in certain demographic groups', and believes the App will improve response rates.
