Former Ipsos Hong Kong MD Joins PSB in New York

Former Ipsos Hong Kong MD Darlene Lee has joined the New York office of WPP-owned market research, political polling and strategic consulting firm Penn Schoen Berland (PSB).

Darlene LeeFounded in 1975, PSB provides market research-based consultancy services to help corporate, entertainment and political clients hone their messaging and communications strategies. The firm conducts polling and message testing services for companies and claims to have helped elect more than 30 presidents and prime ministers around the world, including Bill Clinton.

Lee (pictured) joined Synovate in 2011 as MD of Retail and Lifestyle research in Greater China, having previously worked for TNS in roles including MD in Taiwan, Greater China Head of Customized Research and VP Marketing & Operations in New York. She took up her most recent position as Hong Kong MD, following Ipsos' 2011 takeover of Synovate, but announced her decision to leave in August, in order to relocate back to New York.

In the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Lee will provide financial services clients with advertising research and brand strategy consultation support. She will report to CEO Jay Leveton.
