Research Now Hires Five for Client Development Team

Digital data collection provider Research Now has appointed five new staff for its Client Development team, in three different US locations. They include four twenty-year-plus Nielsen veterans.

In Plano, Texas, Kris Baker joins as Vice President of Client Development, to manage the company's client portfolio teams in the east and southeast regions. Baker has spent the past three years at Restaurant Sciences, where he led the business development team, prior to which he spent twenty years in a variety of senior roles at Nielsen.

Bart Roselli takes up the position of Vice President of Client Development, based in Cincinnati, after 25 years at Nielsen, where he managed strategic relationships with Walmart and Procter & Gamble. In his new role, Roselli will lead Research Now's Retail Practice while managing a large portfolio of additional client teams.

Mike Gasper joins in New York as Vice President of Business Development. He previously spent twenty years at Nielsen and managed some of the company's largest portfolio companies. More recently, he owned and operated exec recruitment firm The MDG Group.

Chawntae Applegate joins as Senior Director of Client Development, based in Cincinnati and in charge of the company's CPG Practice Group. Most recently, Applegate worked for Walker Information, before which, she was Director of Business Development at Thoroughbred Research Group, and she worked at Synovate/Ipsos for more than nine years.

Also in Cincinnati, Tom Greco joins as Senior Director of the company's Consumer Panels and Communities division. He previously worked at ThinkVine as Senior Director, Business Development; and held a similar title at Ipsos ASI after it had acquired his former employer OTX Research. Earlier, Greco was VP/MD at Knowledge Networks, and before that he too spent twenty years at Nielsen.
