IRI Names UK Head of Grocery, Health & Beauty

Retail data giant IRI has appointed former Hovis category exec Tim Dummer as UK Head of Grocery and Health & Beauty.

Tim DummerDummer (pictured) joins from Premier Foods, where he was Head of Category & Shopper Marketing for the Hovis brand, before which he worked at Dairy Crest as Customer Marketing Controller. Earlier, he held senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Intactix, and Waitrose. In each of these positions he managed teams and put in place strategies to add value to the category and understand the shopper.

Based at IRI's European head office in Bracknell, Dummer will lead and manage the team responsible for providing clients with category and shopper insight. He replaces David Ware, who has taken up the role of UK & Ireland Sales Director at Accenture.
