Retzer Returns to Market Probe as CRO

In the US, Joe Retzer has re-joined full-service agency Market Probe as Chief Research Officer. The firm has also appointed Andrea Corrado as Vice President.

Joe Retzer and Andrea CorradoMarket Probe has its headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, with offices in seven countries including the US, Canada, the UK, Belgium, India, Singapore, and China, and 200 full-time employees worldwide. Retzer re-joins the company with more than twenty years' market research analytics experience. Most recently, he worked at Radius Global, prior to which, he was VP of Advanced Analytics at CMI Research and he had the same title at MarketTools. Earlier, he held senior roles at Marketing Analytics and Maritz Research, and between 1994 and 1999, he was Director of Product Development at Market Probe.

His research interests include applied statistical and econometric analysis of marketing models in both classical and Bayesian frameworks, and in his new role, Retzer will work with the CEM client servicing teams and offer analytics solutions to understand drivers, impact analysis and linkage to business growth.

Corrado takes up her new role with more than fifteen years' client consultation experience. She joins from TNS, where she served as Senior Research Manager, before which, she was a Senior Project Director at Synovate, and a Senior Consultant at Apogee Analytics. At Market Probe, Corrado will help promote customer experiences solutions via the firm's various tools such as its proprietary customer advocacy, brand health and loyalty models for strategic applications. She will be working with clients on the East Coast from New Jersey.
