Nepa and Bakamo Link for Enriched Data Offer

Brand tracking researcher Nepa UK has partnered with qualitative social media intelligence specialist Bakamo Social, promising their shared clients a holistic understanding of consumer behaviour.

Daniel Fazekas and Johnny CaldwellNepa specialises in building online panels for quantitative surveys, and combines survey, behavioral and business data to give clients a more complete picture. To further build on its platform - which it calls the Action Hub - Nepa recently expanded into qualitative online research, using technologies that collect real-time data at the moment of purchase, consumption or viewing to understand the customer experience.
Daniel Fazekas, CEO of Bakamo Social, says the partnership will benefit from the 'proven ways' social media intelligence can empower surveys and quantitative data analysis. Johnny Caldwell, Nepa UK MD, says the platform is also available online, helping users to disseminate information in real-time around their organizations. He adds: 'By combining different data sources our systems focus on the business issue at hand rather than adding unnecessary data structures, Survey data is enriched with behavioural and business data in order to transform insights into financial KPI's that are easier to act upon'.
