Closer Links for Innovate and Passenger

On-demand survey sample company Innovate has announced a strategic relationship with online community specialist Passenger Inc., whose FUEL community platform it will now offer to clients.

Innovate was launched by uSamp co-founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, and their colleague George Llorens, in March 2014, and last year opened an office in Gurgaon, India. Passenger was founded in 2006, is based in Los Angeles and New York and combines technology with community management expertise. Innovate has been providing Passenger with sample for some time, and will continue to support its recruitment.

FUEL's data is kept in a single warehouse with detailed analytics giving both member-driven insights and a holistic view of the health of the community. Clients can interact with respondents via qual, quant and social listening elements.
