Harris Interactive has launched a new service called Harris 24, to provide survey design, audience reach, analysis and reporting in less than 24 hours to clients in the UK, US, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
Users of Harris 24 have the option to ask up to 25 consumer questions through the firm's online research panels, or their own e-mail sample. They can also use the panels to target up to three demographics out of a total of eleven options, with age, gender and region being the most popular choices. Resulting data can be delivered the same day, and Harris Interactive will provide full analysis of the findings within two to three days.
Commenting on the launch, Debbie Senior (pictured), Head of Automation, said: 'Harris 24 is the first in a series of exciting digital innovations we are launching this year. Even in these early stages, clients using the service have commented on their astonishment at the speed and reach offered by the new service - and seem truly delighted with the results'.
