Visual IQ and Facebook in Cross-Device Partnership

September 23 2016

Marketing intelligence firm Visual IQ has partnered with Facebook's ad serving and measurement company Atlas, to enable it to offer insights to customers who are advertising across different devices, including desktops, smartphones and tablets.

Manu MathewFacebook acquired Atlas in 2013, to help advertisers and agencies plan, manage, track, optimize, and analyse their digital campaigns. The partnership gives Visual IQ people-based insights into cross-device media spending from Atlas' ad server. By combining the advanced attribution methodology within Visual IQ's 'Intelligence Suite' with insights from Atlas, the firms say advertisers will receive a more accurate understanding of the true impact of their digital media on performance metrics across channels. Additionally, the partnership will support those who are advertising on Facebook but not necessarily using the Atlas ad server, helping marketers understand how their Facebook ads are impacting their other media and vice versa.

Manu Mathew (pictured), Visual IQ CEO and co-founder, says the partnership 'gives us the ability to help our customers understand the effectiveness of their cross-device campaigns in a way that was never before possible'. He adds: 'We're pleased to be selected as the first independent attribution partner of choice for Facebook and this recognition underscores our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what marketing attribution can deliver'.
