Thoroughbred's Steve and Nancy Alsbury Retire

Thoroughbred Research Group President Steve Alsbury and his wife Nancy, the firm's VP of Operational Resources, have retired after fourteen years with the business.

Founded in 1976 and originally known as Wilkerson & Associates, Louisville, Kentucky-based, employee-owned TRG provides qual and quant data collection, online research, analysis and consultation. During their time at the company, the pair have managed its four domestic call centers, with Nancy responsible for quality assurance, employee development and training, call center management and coding.

Following their retirement, Steve will remain on Thoroughbred's Board of Directors for the next two years. His current role will be taken over by VP of Marketing Brad Larson, who joined the firm in 2009 after thirteen years building the research division of ICT Group; while Director of Operations Tim Wirtz, will take over Nancy's responsibilities, having previously worked for Convergys Analytic Services as Senior Market Research Manager, leading a team of 350 staff.
