November 16 2016

Research software pioneer Confirmit has launched a new product called FastTrack for Contact Centers, promising businesses the ability to see their contact center through the eyes of their customers, with a relatively simple set-up.

Terry LawlorThe package combines insights with operational metrics to help drive improvements in contact center performance and deliver an extremely fast ROI, says Confirmit. Billed as a comprehensive customer feedback solution, it includes 'engaging' feedback mechanisms, role-based dashboards, and real-time management to trigger alerts and allow fast response to customer issues. Configuration can be completed in weeks.

Among the benefits, Confirmit says users will be able to improve customer satisfaction, quickly resolve individual customer problems, identify those at risk for churn and those with potential to up-sell, and spot key areas where staff training may be required.

According to Terry Lawlor (pictured), EVP Product Management at Confirmit, 'A best-in-class contact center is a strategic business asset with the power to create and preserve long-term customer relationships'. He adds: 'We've spent years working with some of the world's leading businesses to deliver great VoC programs and we are excited about the opportunity to help companies apply VoC best practices to their contact centers more quickly and efficiently than ever before'.

Confirmit is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with offices in Chengdu, Grimstad, London, Moscow, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Vancouver, and Yaroslavl and partner resellers in Madrid, Milan, Salvador, and Tokyo. Its web site is at www.confirmit.com .
