In Leeds, UK, former KPMG Nunwood execs Vicky Smith and Helen Fennell have launched insight-led consultancy Lens, which will focus on customer journey mapping and experience design, qual research and customer experience strategy.
Smith was previously KPMG Nunwood's Head of Qualitative - Experience Design, after serving as Nunwood's Qualitative Insight Manager; while Fennell was Qualitative Associate Director, having joined Nunwood in 2011.
Lens will cover sectors including financial services, retail, telecoms, travel and leisure, and utilities. Smith and Fennell say it was born out of an ambition to drive better outcomes for customers and businesses, working with clients to connect insight to business context, customer research and data, and with commercial reality.
