US-based social media analysis firm Crimson Hexagon has partnered with business data platform Domo, to enable organizations to analyse social media data alongside other business information such as sales data, financials and web site analytics.
Clients can compare social media ad spending, web site traffic and CRM data with trends in social media conversations. The partners say users will get a more holistic understanding of consumers and market opportunity, by analyzing not just what they say publicly on social media, but how they actually act.
