Realeyes Hires Head of Customer Success

Emotion analytics specialist Realeyes has hired industry veteran Tina Gaffney for the global role of Head of Customer Success. She will work from the US, reporting to London-based CEO Mihkel Jäätma.

Tina GaffneyFounded at Oxford University, Realeyes uses webcams and facial coding technology to measure how people feel as they watch video content, and is used to help test creative, plan media spend and analyse performance. Gaffney (pictured) joins from TV and video ad analytics specialist Ace Metrix, where she worked for more than five years and latterly served as VP, Client Service. Prior to this she had a brief spell as VP, Stakeholder Solutions at Harris Interactive, was a Senior Director at Toluna, and MD at Frank N. Magid Associates.

In her new role, Gaffney is tasked with developing the Customer Success division. Jäätma comments: 'We've been building up our customer base of brands, agencies and media companies, doubling our revenue year on year for the last three years. Tina has the experience we need to help us capitalise on this momentum by growing our Customer Success team and ensuring our customers not only achieve, but exceed their business goals using our emotion measurement technology'.
