Innovate Updates Supplier API Suite

January 31 2017

On-demand panel and sample company Innovate has updated its Supplier API Suite, to help market research agency clients gain access to hard-to-reach audiences and reduce the need to use multiple sampling vendors.

Matt DusigLaunched in 2014 by uSamp co-founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, and former colleague George Llorens, Innovate enables clients to pinpoint global panelists on demand while delivering sample via connected APIs. Earlier this month, the firm partnered with a number of online B2B publishers and completed a 'massive' off-line recruitment program, to expand its validated 'First Class Panel'.

The updated Supplier API Suite app programming interface connects supplier sample to Innovate's internal sampling system, promising 'higher than industry average' EPC (earnings per click) and survey conversion rates, as well as help with hard-to-reach groups. Innovate recently launched Dynamic Profiling Technology which it says increases the depth and breadth of targeted information captured on panelists and supplier traffic; and the company is planning to expanding its API-enabled network both domestically and internationally among an 'exclusive' mix of online publishers and sample suppliers.

Dusig (pictured) comments: 'As online market research has matured, the relationship between clients and suppliers has become imbalanced, as seen by dwindling publisher earnings and abysmal conversion rates. The loser in this equation is primarily the panelists who take surveys and don't get rewarded commensurate to their time. Innovate's Dynamic Profiling Technology and API Suite are designed to combat these issues'.
