MMRi Hires First Commercial Director

March 22 2017

In the UK, healthcare insight provider MMR International (MMRi) has appointed Colin Williams for the newly created role of Commercial Director.

Colin WilliamsMMRi also works across sectors such as finance, automotive, sport and consumer research, integrating its digital intelligence approach with established market research methodologies. Last year, parent company DrMoSacoor Digital acquired social media listening firm Klood, and using proprietary technology Klood Radar, MMRi can identify and quantify spontaneous online commentary around specific brands, products or services.

Williams joins with more than twenty years' commercial business, marketing and market research experience. During his fourteen years with pharma patient/physician/consumer digital engagement specialist PharmiWeb, he worked with clients such as GSK, Merck and Roche, and the NHS - delivering projects, building teams and managing client relationships on an international scale. He is also an executive committee member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Society.

Company MD Janet Gunner comments: 'I have known Colin for some time and in fact he was offered a position at MMRI nineteen years ago. Unfortunately at that time he chose to travel the world instead, so we are delighted to finally have Colin on board. As a business built on people, we know that effective relationships are the key to successful market research and our project teams are thoughtfully put together based on skills, experience and personality - Colin brings all of these in abundance'.
