Innovation Specialist Nathan Baird Joins KPMG Aus

Management consulting giant KPMG Australia has hired innovation specialist Nathan Baird as Customer and Operations Partner.

Nathan BairdBaird (pictured) will join KPMG's Management Consulting practice to build the firm's 'Design Thinking' capability, as well as its broader customer advisory offering across a range of industries. He has eighteen years' experience in the marketing and innovation sector, working both client and agency side, globally and in Australia. In 2014, he founded innovation and culture consultancy Methodry, having previously held senior positions at M&C Saatchi-owned brand research and strategy business Clear.

The firm says the appointment builds upon past Design Thinking work that its KPMG Innovate practice has delivered to clients in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing and government. Baird is tasked with taking this work to the next stage, while drawing on the capabilities and experience of existing KPMG teams.
