Havas Adds Helia Presidency to Chief Data Officer Role

In New York, data expert Michael Kaushansky has been named President of customer engagement agency Havas Helia in North America, alongside his existing role as Chief Data Officer of parent company the Havas Group.

Michael KaushanskyHelia, formed in 2015 through the combination of digital agency EHS and data intelligence agency Havas Discovery, analyses patterns in human behaviour and combines the findings with cultural understanding to develop creative ideas. Kaushansky (pictured) takes up the additional role after more than six years as EVP, Chief Data Officer of Havas. Earlier, he worked for Ogilvy & Mather as Senior Partner, Senior Director Marketing Analytics; and for Publicis as VP, Strategy & Marketing Analytics.

In his new position, Kaushansky has direct oversight and responsibility for the agency's Data, Analytics & Marketing Technology and Insights practices. He reports to Paul Marobella, Chairman and CEO of Havas Creative, US, who comments: 'It is critical that we have a leader like Michael who can harness the collective intelligence and experience of the team to drive growth.
