Toluna Launches QuickCommunities

August 7 2017

Toluna has added to its real-time insights platform QuickSurveys with the launch of QuickCommunities, a DIY product for building, creating and recruiting target consumers into a custom community.

Phil AhadThe platform integrates with the company's social voting community of more than 13.4 million members across 68 countries. QuickCommunities builds on Toluna's in-depth experience from building and running more than 200 custom communities worldwide, and works in three stages:

  • Build. A web-based community portal is created using a wizard with an array of customization options to ensure compliance with a company's brand guidelines.
  • Target and Launch. Clients precisely target community members from the 13.4m members, using more than 200 demographic and behavioral profiles, then 'launch the community and invite members with a single click'.
  • Engage. Members are approached in real-time with discussion topics, integrated surveys and managed incentive programs.

Phil Ahad, SVP, Digital Products comments: 'Toluna QuickCommunities creates an instant brand advisory board for businesses to gain a deeper understanding into customers and prospects. It eliminates budget and time-to-launch barriers that companies often face in adding the richness of qualitative insights to research programs'.

In June, the company enhanced QuickSurveys with the ability to select from more than 200 'hyper-targeted' demographic and profile audiences.

Toluna has 21 offices in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and MENA and is online at corporate.toluna.com .
