Agricultural market research firm Kleffman Group has restructured its market trend information and consulting unit amisAgriGlobe, creating two new teams: the Analytical team and the Team of Excellence (ToE).
amisAgriGlobe (Agricultural Marketing Information System) was the first product launched by the firm's Agricultural Market Trend Information & Consulting division, AgMarket Insights. It combines an agrochemical and seed database with additional global market consulting services across multiple agricultural sectors; and offers an online tool delivering farmer-based data from 75 countries, many of them emerging markets.
Bob Fairclough, who joined Kleffman in 2014, will continue to lead the team of researchers and data analysts charged with developing a portfolio of information products, including the amisAgriGlobe database. The new Analytical team will be led by Puran Mal, and comprises five dedicated analysts who take care of the AgriGlobe Database, as well as customized desk research and forecast studies. The second sub-team, ToE, will consist of five experts who will give speeches on different agricultural topics and represent the group at conferences - Fairclough, Burkhard Kleffmann, Marcio Farah, Björn Neumann and David Soorholtz.
