Former Lightspeed Exec Dan Fitzgerald Joins Reimagine

Insights and marketing services holding company Reimagine has appointed Dan Fitzgerald, previously Chief Client and Marketing Officer at Lightspeed, to its leadership team as Managing Partner.

Dan FitzgeraldFitzgerald will be responsible for identifying strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities as well as providing guidance to portfolio companies.

He brings more than 25 years' experience of commercial and general management in data-driven, consumer insights and tech-enabled businesses At Lightspeed, he led the company's global product development, marketing, strategy and corporate development efforts. He has also held executive operating roles at Affinova (now part of Nielsen), Knowledge Networks (now part of GfK), FIND/SVP Guideline (part of ORC sold by InfoUSA), META Group (now part of Gartner) and Election Services.

Reimagine - full name Reimagine Holdings Group - has more than $100m funds with which to acquire and invest in growth-oriented, tech-enabled service companies in the insights and data transformation space. The parent of Critical Mix, it acquired online survey analytics and reporting software specialist MarketSight in January of this year, and in April it joined a funding round for MR software firm Remesh. It also has investments in Pop Research and Pure Spectrum.
