Survey.com to Add 25 in New Charlotte, NC Office

November 16 2017

Boston-based retail intelligence specialist Survey.com has opened a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina, where it plans to hire 25 full-time employees in the next six months.

Panos BethanisFounded in 2012, Survey.com uses mobile technology and a team of more than 400,000 independent field agents across North America to deliver real-time, in-store intelligence and merchandising on a crowdsourced platform. The firm's full suite of MR services includes location intercepts, trackers, mobile diaries, customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score surveys.

With the launch of the new location, inside the WeWork offices near Stonewall Station, Survey.com says it expects to grow its product and service offerings, as well as its team of field agents throughout the first quarter of 2018. The company also says the move is part of its ongoing transformation from a pure service provider to a data-driven company, with the Charlotte office providing the incubator for a portfolio of new retail intelligence products. These include 'Survey Live', a new tool offering real-time information through an image cataloguing and search engine program, set to launch in Q4 of 2017.

CEO Panos Bethanis (pictured) comments: 'As a major stronghold in the information technology sector and an overall hub of professional and cultural activity, Charlotte was the ideal location from which to expand our business and attract new talent. Charlotte has earned its reputation as a forward-thinking city. Its stellar educational institutions, financial community and visionary food industry all make it an exciting place to work, live and grow'.
