Meyler Leaves John Lewis for Supply Side Role

UK business Barnett Waddingham - which provides actuarial, administration and consultancy services - has appointed former John Lewis Partnership HR insights leader Peter Meyler as Head of it new Workplace Consultancy team.

Peter MeylerMeyler (pictured) joins after seven years at retailer John Lewis, where he served as HR Metrics, Analysis, Insights & Strategy Manager, leading internal and external HR and people metrics, analysis, reporting, benchmarking, insight and thought leadership. Before this, he spent more than eight years at Ipsos MORI, where he had overall management responsibility for the employee research business; and he served as Head of Employee Research at ORC International. Meyler began his career at BT as Employee Research Manager, before promotion to the role of Industrial Relations Manager.

In his new role, Meyler will oversee a team which will include experts in employee wellbeing strategies and people analytics.
