Qualtrics Hires Former Microsoft CXO

US-based experience management solutions firm Qualtrics has appointed Microsoft veteran Julie Larson-Green as Chief Experience Officer (CXO), advising clients on how to develop their experience management strategies.

Julie Larson-GreenStarting out as a DIY survey technology firm, Qualtrics now helps clients manage 'the four core experiences of business - customer, product, employee and brand experiences - on one platform'. Earlier this year, the firm raised $180m in a Series C round of funding, valuing the business at $2.5 billion.

Larson-Green (pictured) joins after 25 years at Microsoft, most recently as CXO, leading the firm's efforts to redesign the Office suite through artificial intelligence, collaboration tools and digital assistance capabilities. Before beginning her Microsoft career in 1993, Larson-Green was a software engineer at Aldus. In her new role, she will lead Qualtrics' connected customer, employee, product and brand strategy.
