Nicole GuillotCEDROM offers services through two brands, Eureka.cc in Canada, and Europresse.com in France. Following the sale the firm's c.110 staff will remain in its headquarters in Montréal and satellite offices of Québec City, Ottawa, Toronto and Paris. Nicole Guillot (pictured), Cision's President of Canada, comments: 'We are very proud to acquire CEDROM-SNi, a company whose product and service offering is among the best-performing in the industry and is complementary to ours. We are also pleased to welcome the firm's talented employees, who bring leading-edge expertise to Cision, in order to pursue our growth together'.
