ZappiStore Expands DACH and CEE Regional Support

Automated MR company ZappiStore has appointed Andre Ketzel as Vice President of DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and CEE (Central and Eastern Europe).

The firm works in partnership with research agencies and offers off-the-shelf research products targeted at solving business issues ranging from new product development to pack testing, concept testing and social media monitoring. Zappi has nearly 200 employees worldwide, at its offices in London, Boston, Cape Town, Chicago, Seattle, Singapore and Hamburg.

Ketzel joins after four years as the Chief Strategy Officer of online research specialist Interrogare in Germany, where he was responsible for new business and client development. He previously held senior sales positions with GfK, nurago, SirValUse and Toluna. Commenting on the appointment, EMEA Managing Director Paul Albert said: 'As DACH region is an enormous market for our offer the expansion into this market was a next logical step. Ketzel will bring his local expertise to its expansion'.

In his new role, based in Hamburg, Ketzel will work with Katie O'Connor, who took up the role of VP of Client Transformation earlier this month.
