Clear Names US Managing Director

M&C Saatchi-owned brand research specialist Clear has appointed Adam Garrett as Managing Director, US, responsible for driving the growth of the business in North America.

Adam GarrettClear, founded in 2002 and sold to Saatchi just five years later, focuses on helping 'ambitious organizations drive lasting transformation in their business', using a combination of 'business rigor and customer insight'. Specifically, services include consumer, brand and category insight and trend exploration; segmentation and growth mapping; brand positioning and strategic innovation; and brand identity and experience design.

Garrett (pictured) joins after holding numerous executive leadership and marketing strategy positions at international organizations and start-ups. These include building R/GA's Consulting practice, and senior roles at Monitor Deloitte, and Prophet. During his career, Garrett has worked with both B2B and consumer facing clients across industries ranging from financial services to consumer-packaged goods, with a specific focus on the retail and hospitality sectors.

In his new role, Garrett reports to global CEO Damian Symons, who comments: 'Adam has an impressive history of strategic transformational accomplishments, and is a respected leader recognized for building and motivating teams who drive exceptional market success.
