Quantcast Expands Senior Team in Australia

In Sydney, Australia, audience measurement and digital advertising firm Quantcast has hired Nicole Gardener as Head of Account Management, while Rachael Townsley joins as Head of Marketing APAC.

Quantcast uses artificial intelligence technology to help publishers better understand audiences and how content resonates with target consumers; and marketers to understand online behavior and target ads. Gardner joins with more than sixteen years' advertising industry experience, having most recently served as General Manager of McCann Australia, where she spent five and a half years. Previously, she held senor roles at Lowe Lintas, Kindred and Smart, in Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland and London. In her new role, Gardener will seek new client opportunities and develop partnerships, and manage the firm's client management team.

Townsley previously worked at Pandora as Head of Trade Marketing and Communications. She has ten years' industry experience, having begun her marketing career with entertainment brands including The Walt Disney Company and NBC Universal in London. Earlier, she worked at ITV as Marketing & Brand Manager; before moving to Australia to join Southern Cross Austereo as National Trade Marketing Manager.
