Opinium Adds Equity Partner

In London, full service insight agency Opinium Research has made Head of Omnibus/SRE James Crouch an equity partner in the business. More than a third of the team now own a share in the company, which aims eventually to be 50% employee-owned.

Founded in 2007, Opinium offers qual and quant research and consultancy across a range of sectors, and owns and manages panels of UK consumers, IFAs and small businesses. It also runs consumer, financial adviser, IT decision maker and SME decision maker omnibus solutions. During the first ten years of trading, the firm released 25% equity in the agency and rewarded colleagues at all levels.

Crouch (pictured) joined as an intern in 2013 after several years in publishing, and was promoted to his current role a year ago.
