Outbrain Extends Lookalike Tool to Self-Serve Market

In the US, content discovery and personalization platform Outbrain has launched a self-serve version of its Lookalike Audiences product, which helps marketers find and engage with new people who 'look like' their existing customers.

Lior CharkaNew York-based Outbrain delivers personalized online, mobile and video content to audiences, while using data to help publishers understand them. Its Lookalike Audienceshelps find similar audiences, based on demonstrated common interests and behavior, then targets these audiences at scale across its publisher network. By combining the tool with Outbrain's proprietary interest graph, brands can connect with the audiences with the highest propensity to become customers based on the content they are engaging with.

The firm says the global rollout of this product enables all marketers to add 'dramatic scale' to their campaigns.
