Canada-based auto industry researcher Chris Travell has rejoined customer experience software and solutions firm MaritzCX, as Director of Insights, Automotive Europe, based in the firm's London office.
Formed in 2014, when Maritz acquired customer and employee feedback software provider Allegiance, and combined it with Maritz Research, MaritzCX offers a combination of customer experience consulting, marketing science and research, along with CX software and programme services. Travell (pictured) re-joins after two years at Toronto, Canada-based customer engagement agency Bond Brand Loyalty, where he was Director, North American Automotive Solutions. He began his career at Mazda and Toyota, before working at R.L. Polk and then J.D. Power. In 1996, he joined Maritz Research, where he was responsible for the Canadian automotive research consultancy for nearly two decades.
