Episerver Launches Personalized Content Service

US software company Episerver has launched a service to help organizations deliver personalized content to visitors everywhere they 'digitally engage'.

Episerver offers web content management, digital commerce and marketing services through its Digital Experience Cloud software platform; and personalisation through Peerius, a company it acquired in 2016. Last month, the company launched a solution to help organizations track and visualize the digital behavior of both authenticated customers and anonymous visitors, using its behavioral data for segmentation and targeting initiatives.

The new service, Episerver Advance, uses algorithms powered by AI to track how a person interacts with a brand, and analyze an organization's content, along with the 'clues' a visitor provides about what they are looking for. Analysis both from Episerver's behavioral big data store and visitors' real-time activity are used to present tailored content at different points in a person's online journey.
