Sabio Buys Call Centre Data Firm Bright UK

London-based customer experience solutions specialist Sabio has acquired call centre customer service data expert Bright UK Ltd, for an undisclosed sum.

Mats RennstamFounded in the year 2000, Bright combines three tools to help call centres operate more effectively: real time customer feedback system Navigator; Index, which is billed as Europe's largest contact centre benchmarking tool; and Employee, offering bespoke staff surveys.

Sabio is looking to broaden its portfolio of solutions through acquisitions, following an investment by Lyceum Capital in 2016. It bought SaaS and analysis services vendor Rapport a year ago, followed by DatapointEurope in the summer of 2017: the latest buy complements these, further boosting its insight services portfolio with both technology and human expertise. CEO Andy Roberts says the buy 'will support our customers in driving further operational and financial value from their CX programmes'.
