In the UK, former eBay insights leader Rhea Fox has joined insurance and savings giant Aviva to lead the Global Propositions Insight team.
Fox (pictured) spent the last four years as Insight Director at online auction and retail giant eBay, where her achievements include leading the global CRM Transformation insight initiative informing the firm's contact, content and channel strategies; and building a customer community among the 'EU5' biggest economies. Prior to this she worked in Head of Insight / Research roles at ad agency Rapp, 'hair electrical' business ghd, and Daily Mail and Metro publisher dmg media.
Earlier in her career she worked as a Research Manager at Leeds-based MR agency Brahm / Brass, from 2001-4, then spent three years as an Insight Manager at Direct Line Group.
